12-2-2016 NHL All-Star Skill Competitions
The annual All-Star event kicked off today with the skill competitions. Team North America and Team World competed in six different races and the fans got to see their stars shine.
Team North America won the puck control relay with a team of Patrick Kane, Sidney Crosby and Milan Lucic.
Robert Hägg of Team World won the fastest skater competition, beating Max Pacioretty in the final.
Shea Weber of Team North America won the hardest shot competition with a result of 86 MPH, beating Adam Larsson in the final.
Sidney Crosby of Team North America won the accuracy shooting competition, beating Evgeni Malkin in the final.
Ryan Miller of Team North America won the goalie competition (pass&score), beating Jacob Markstrom in the final.
Team North America won the breakaway relay with a team of Sidney Crosby, Matt Duchene and Milan Lucic.
The yearly clash between Team North America and Team World will take place tomorrow.
